These Terms of Service form the agreement between klappstuhlpy (“Bot Owner”, “we”, “us”) and you (“User”, “you”) when you use the Percy Discord bot. By adding Percy to a server or using it in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Last updated: 13 June 2026
Your use of Discord itself remains governed by Discord’s Terms of Service. These Terms cover Percy specifically and do not replace Discord’s policies.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using Percy.

Terms

You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country, whichever is higher — to use Percy.By using Percy, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user does not meet the minimum age, we will take steps to remove their data and restrict their access.
The Bot Owner grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use Percy for personal and non-commercial purposes only.You may not use Percy for commercial purposes without the Bot Owner’s prior written permission. This license can be revoked at any time if you breach these Terms.
You agree to use Percy responsibly. Specifically, you agree not to:
  • Use Percy to break any law or regulation, or to infringe the rights of others
  • Use Percy to harass, abuse, spam, or harm other users
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Percy or its infrastructure
  • Abuse, automate, or exploit Percy’s features in a way that degrades the service for others
We may restrict or revoke your access to Percy at any time if you breach these Terms.
Your use of Percy is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected, how it is used, and the controls and rights you have over it. By using Percy you acknowledge that Policy.
Percy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Bot Owner may modify, suspend, or discontinue Percy — in whole or in part — at any time, with or without notice.The Bot Owner is not liable for any unavailability, interruption, or change to the service. No guarantees are made regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Percy is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Bot Owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, Percy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
All intellectual property rights in Percy remain with the Bot Owner. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Percy or any part of it without the Bot Owner’s prior written consent.Exceptions may apply where permitted by the project’s open-source license in the source repository. When in doubt, ask before distributing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot Owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of Percy or your breach of these Terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
  • You can terminate by removing Percy from your server(s) and ceasing to use it.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Germany, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, announced in the support server.Continued use of Percy after the updated “Last updated” date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using Percy and remove it from your servers.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Bot Owner regarding Percy and supersede any prior agreements or communications on that subject.
